Lawson’s Finest Liquids Dinner
Join us March 17, 7 pm, at 275 Main, for a four-course dinner with brewmaster extraordinaire Sean Lawson of Lawson’s Finest Liquids. Executive Chef Sue Schickler and her team will be serving three courses with three beer pairings, plus dessert.
Double Sunshine IPA
Ricotta dumplings with a smoky bacon tomato sauce.
Toast Black IPA
Frisée salad with duck confit, black peppercorn croutons and apple brown butter vinaigrette.
Maple Imperial Stout
Caribbean braised Niman Ranch pork with sweet potatoes, plantains, lime and tortillas.
