The Pitcher Inn’s celebrated restaurant, 275 Main, has an à la carte farm-to-table dinner menu created by Executive Chef Sue Schickler. The freshest seafood, locally sourced meats, Vermont artisan cheeses, locally gathered wild mushrooms and native fruits are artfully combined with fresh and seasonal vegetables and herbs from nearby farms.
Dinner unfolds in our romantic dining room with white linen and candles, or perhaps on the terrace overlooking the river falls in fine weather. 275 Main is a culinary “true north” for localvore Vermonters celebrating special occasions as well as those visiting the Waitsfield, Vermont, area renowned for an abundant variety of year-round activities. Both 275 Main and Tracks are closed on Tuesdays.
