The Pitcher Inn is the perfect haven for your corporate retreat, sales meeting or annual board meeting. We have an on-site meeting coordinator to tailor-make your time with us to be productive, effective, relaxing and rewarding. We can accommodate up to 11 guests in private rooms, 13 if four are willing share the 2 -bedroom/2 -bath luxurious suites, Hayloft and Stable.

Exclusive use of the house starts at $5500.00 for eleven guests. The rate is per evening, midweek. Included in this rate; luxurious, private accommodations, breakfast, light lunch, (followed by afternoon tea,) dinner daily, and a refreshment break, suited to your needs. Our custom-made cherry wood boardroom table, located in The Maple Room, comfortably seats 12. In warmer months, the French doors open to the babbling brook and private patio for your enjoyment.
Custom-made retreats are found at The Pitcher Inn. We can arrange downhill and cross country skiing, snowshoeing, snowmobiling, cooking classes, wine-tastings, team-building activities and much more. There are also many activities for individuals to experience on their own; biking, hiking, and strolling the villages throughout the valley. It will be a get-away that is both productive and relaxing, thought provoking and fun.
Our cuisine is exceptional. Chef Sue Schickler will work with your group to accommodate each and every need. No attention to detail will be left unturned. You team will be wowed by the Inn, our friendly, attentive staff, the cuisine, & our wine cellar. The meetings will be organized, tailored to your needs, and productive.
With so much to do in the Mad River Valley, it is the perfect opportunity to bring a guest. Our Pitcher Inn staff will ensure activities galore and plenty of time to rest, read, and relax for your companion. With only eleven bedrooms and suites, we are quaint in size, however, we are able to hold events for up to 120 of your closest friends and family.

In addition, overseeing the culinary delights of your guests, we bid you to rely on our Executive Chef, Sue Schickler. Chef Schickler’s approach to contemporary American cuisine encompasses culinary mastery and quality ingredients from the region. You might also wish to toast a momentous occasion with a selection from our extensive, award winning wine cellar. Rest assured, no detail is too small.
