Enjoy Fresh Sushi and Sashimi in the Mad River Valley

Summertime is sushi time here at The Pitcher Inn (and across Main Street at the Warren Store, details below).

We are honored to welcome to our team this summer Chef Rogelio Ringor, a classically trained sushi chef from the Philippines. Chef Ringor trained in Japan and has worked throughout the U.S. preparing sushi.

In addition to the appetizer items on our regular menus, we have added a few sushi options seven days a week in Tracks from 5pm until close, usually 8:30 pm and in the main dining room Wednesday – Sunday.  Options include classics like California Rolls and Spicy Tuna Rolls as well as some of Chef Ringor’s specialty creations such as Hamachi Tataki.

All fish is ultra-fresh sourced from either our longtime purveyor Wood Mountain Fish or flown in overnight from Hawaii.

If you prefer to enjoy your sushi at home, no worries. The Warren Store is offering sushi-to-go six days a week beginning at 11 am, usually a selection of four to five different preparations. Monday nights from 5 – 7  a much larger selection is available. You’re also welcome dine al fresco on the store’s deck overlooking Freeman Brook or across the street at Tracks where the bar is open.

We welcome you to the inn or the store to get your summer sushi fix.
