Join us in 2023 as we tour the world of wine via a series of distinctive dinners and wine pairings.
Following our second 2023 wine dinner (where we “tasted” France) in March, we will be “traveling” in May to Italy. We will be guided by Chef Jacob Ennis who will prepare a five-course dinner reflective of Italian cuisine with a Vermont flair, and Sommelier Tunney King who will be pouring five of his favorite Italian wines.

What: Five Italian wines complementing a five-course dinner (preview the menu, including the wine selection)
When: Thursday, May 18, 2023, 6 pm
Where: The Brook Room at The Pitcher Inn
Why: To further appreciate exemplary Italian wines and their terroir
Cost: $195 per person plus tax and gratuity ($125 sans wine)

Note: Tracks tavern will be open on May 18 with a more limited menu that usual so we can put our focus on the wine dinner. Thanks for your understanding.
