And Jacob is all about setting high standards in the kitchen and crafting savory dishes from the ever-changing ingredients of the season. His Relais & Châteaux training and “less-is-more” credo keep guests coming back again and again.
Rounding out the team is Tunney King, Beverage Manager & Sommelier. He brings decades of experience helping guests enjoy new places and the finer things in life, including farm-fresh food, refreshing cocktails, and new and old-world wines.
