Tracy and her staff stand ready to make your visit as relaxing as can be. And Jacob is all about setting high standards in the kitchen and crafting savory dishes from the ever-changing ingredients of the season. His Relais & Châteaux training and “less-is-more” credo keep guests coming back again and again.
Rounding out the team are Peter Heaney (Chef de Cuisine), Mary Lou Curtin (Inn Manager), and Tunney King (Beverage Manager & Sommelier). Together they bring decades of experience helping guests enjoy new places and the finer things in life, including farm-fresh food, refreshing cocktails, new and old-world wines, and luxurious accommodations.
