The Pitcher Inn is home to a Vermont style Relais & Châteaux dining experience and an à la carte farm-to-table dinner menu created by Chef Jacob Ennis. With thoughtfully sourced ingredients, an appetite for detail, and service that is as knowledgeable as it is warm, our restaurant is a romantic option for your trip to the Warren, Waitsfield, or the Mad River Valley at large. The freshest seafood, locally sourced meats, Vermont artisan cheeses, locally gathered wild mushrooms and native fruits are artfully combined with fresh and seasonal vegetables and herbs from nearby farms. Paired with an old or new world wine, a meticulously mixed cocktail, or a local craft beer, a meal at The Pitcher Inn is exceptional.
Come visit! We welcome you to choose from three delightful dining venues:
The Dining Room is an elegantly casual space with charcoal walls, cherry tables, and a cognac leather Chesterfield sofa surveying the Warren village center. Large windows frame the view to the back garden and Freeman Brook while antique landscapes practically leap off the walls. When it’s cold outside, we invite you to bask in the warmth of our massive brick fireplace.
The Brook Room calls back to classic fine dining – romantic white linen and candlelight, tables for two (or four, or twenty), and – when there’s a chill – a merry flame within the fieldstone fireplace.
Tracks blends casual yet refined with a deep backcountry décor that invites you to sink into comfy living-room-style seating and enjoy anything from light appetizers and a cocktail to a three course dinner complete with wine pairing and digestif. Request a table or a couch, or walk in for one of our bar stools.
Open Wednesday through Sundays, 4:30 for drinks and 5:30 for dinner. Closed on Mondays and Tuesdays.
We heartily recommend making a reservation for whichever dining room you prefer – including Tracks!
