More Updates To Our Dining Experience

Not long ago here at the Pitcher Inn blog we outlined some of the exciting remodeling and menu redesign we’ve done at our very own fine-dining restaurant, 275 Main. Today we wanted to talk about some of the other upgrades to our dining experience which we’ve lately implemented: part of our never-ending effort to enhance our hospitality, set our grand Relais & Châteaux inn in Warren, Vermont apart, and be responsive to suggestions from our guests.

Without further ado, here are some of the brand-new culinary offerings you can enjoy at the Pitcher Inn right now!

Summer Brunch

We’re happy to announce we’re celebrating our reimagined 275 Main dining room by adding a Saturday and Sunday Summer Brunch to the menu! Amp up the leisure and luxury of your Green Mountain State weekend with a happy brunch feast at the Pitcher Inn between 10 AM and 1 PM. Accompany your Classic Eggs Benedict, Buttermilk Pancakes, Breakfast Salad, or other knockout dish with Vermont Artisan coffee or tea—or perhaps avail yourself of a Mimosa, Village Bloody, or other brunch-ready cocktail, or maybe a glass of Vermont craft beer or cider.

Burger & Beer Night

If it’s Wednesday, we strongly urge you to migrate yourself to the Pitcher Inn. Well, in truth, we hope you’ll come stay and/or dine with us any day of the week, but we’re just excited to talk up our new Burger & Beer Night, sure to be a highlight of your midweek! For a mere $18, you’ll get to dig in to a brisket smashed burger built from double patties, jam, pickles, and tossed greens and paired with (what else?) some irresistible French fries. Another six bucks gets you some Vermont craft brew on draft as highly appropriate accompaniment to your burger bonanza. What’s not to like? And you get to choose where to enjoy the Burger & Beer Night experience: at 275 Main or our seductive tavern Tracks, or perhaps out on the porch.

Oysters & Rosé

Beer and burgers go together like, well, bread and butter; so do oysters and chilled wine! Our Pitcher Inn Oysters & Rosé special is an epicurean winner: You get a platter of six free oysters with the purchase of a bottle of Rosé (a wide variety of options with prices ranging from $32 to $100). This elegant pairing’s perfect for romantic dates or dining out with friends, and it’s yours to enjoy (while supplies last) between Thursday and Sunday.

Bespoke Dining at the Pitcher Inn

We’ll close this enticing roundup of new gastronomic possibilities at the Pitcher Inn by highlighting another truly special aspect of our dining experience.
